Welcome to the Racing Research website. We hope that you find our site and products useful. We kindly ask that all our customers read the following terms and conditions before using the site or ordering our products.

General

If you continue to use this website or the products available through this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which may be changed at any time without notice.

In the following terms and conditions, the term ‘Racing Research’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is The Old Woolcombers Mill, 12-14 Union Street South, Halifax, West Yorkshire, HX1 2LE. Our company registration number is 4377850. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website and/or products.

Products

Racing Research racecards and other products are provided for the sole use of the individual purchaser and must not be reproduced or distributed in any way without the explicit permission of Racing Research.

You may print or download to a hard disk a single copy of a Racing Research racecard for your personal use only. You may not transmit it or store it in any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system.

Where possible, Racing Research online products are protected with software provided by Lock Lizard to prevent misuse. A copy of the Lock Lizard document reader will be provided to Racing Research customers free of charge.

Racing Research, at its sole discretion, will monitor user activity patterns to determine whether products are being used for unauthorised purposes. Use of the Lock Lizard document reader alone will not be sufficient to signify authorised use of our products.

Any unauthorised use of our products may result in immediate termination of your account without notice.
Where a racecard is not delivered before the start of racing at the meeting to which it relates, or where that meeting is subsequently abandoned or cancelled, Racing Research will, at its sole discretion, provide a credit which may be used against future racecards.

Every care is taken in the compilation of our racecards and other racing products but we take no responsibility and shall not be liable for errors, omissions or their consequences.

Website

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited.

From time to time, this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

This privacy policy sets out how Racing Research uses and protects any information that you give Racing Research when you use this website.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
